alethos.work provides a platform to manage 1:1 meetings. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any harmful code or software.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, alethos.work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content; and (vi) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
